Mx-c312 prints light on left side

Laser comes out pretty easy. Comes out left side. If I remember just move a pwb and it is right there.

Customer brought the machine in and after fiddling with the LSU and getting nowhere I tried re-replacing the developer cartridge and even though the other had a good 25-2, it fixed the problem. I am guessing since I haven't autopsied the old one that the seal that gets pulled across snapped off. Either way, thanks for the help etc even in spite of the fact that this was a hard one to diagnose remotely.

You never went out to look at the MFP, you just diagnosed over the phone, then had the customer bring it to your location? I think your first problem was to diagnose it without even looking at it.
