Sharp MX-5110 with multiple F2-41 codes (cyan dv level 35)

Sharp MX-5110 gets a F2-41 code. I replaced and stirred dv and it lasted 2 months. Now its back and the dv level is at 35. Should be around 100. Any suggestions? This dv is sold only in a package of 3 (c,m,y). So it is costly to keep replacing at $350 a pop.

we had this issue with yellow developer on a 4110 and had to replace the developer unit itself. We replaced a board first but that did not take of the problem until we put the new unit in.

Have you change the main charger kit too?

If you are referring to the 25-1 reading for cyan as reading 35, you have an overtoned situation in the dv unit. These models are notorious for clogged toner tubes and toner dumping. I think it is 3 screws and the whole tube assembly comes out.
Also make sure the DV filters are new or clean. Do not vacuum the filters as they will shred and throw fiber material into the dv unit, causing voids.
