Sharp Mx5111n. select server not found

Could use some help here. I have a I.T company setting up the scanner for emails. Everything test out fine but when we try to email machine says select server not found. This is wireless setup and it will print. The test for setting test fine just when you go to copier you get this message. Please help. Thanks. All our other machines are running just fine. Just this one is giving problems.

When you click execute in network settings, is the result "SMTP server test succeeded"?

I have had this happen to me here:

Solved, here:
Scan to E-mail, selected servers not found.
