MX-5111 Fuser web stalls

Fuser webs always seem to have some drive issues the old Minolta had motors die regularly, some Panasonics had dive gear and one way bearing lever issues. Now I am starting to see Sharps stall when driving the fuser web. Unfortunately most times just manually turning web gears gets it moving again. So far nothing dies and stays that way. Note: I am aware of Tech Bulletin about fuser gear wear, but we hade one recently with a brand new Fuser unit. I pulled web out and it had stalled. Have any of you seen a Web dive motor fail? as always any insight is appreciated.

Many new fusers were shipped with the gears not meshed. The teeth are on top of each other, just need to inspect and reseat right away before they get deformed
