    MX3140 running slow

Ok here’s an odd one. We have changed out a FN10 finisher on this MX3140 after continual jamming problems with their original finisher. We had one come back on a trade in mx2610 and swapped it over. All works perfectly with no jams but customer is adamant the machine is printing slower??

ive doubled checked and both the 3140 & 2610 take the FN10 finisher so I’m at a loss as to why it should run any slower than before??

    any ideas peeps???

The only thing I can think is maybe firmware. Check the version on both finishers and see if they are the same?

Slow printing can also be caused by the job log becoming full.
