Sharp AR-M207 toner does not fit in machine. (202NT)

I ordered this toner cartridge genuine type 202NT to install into a AR-M207 and the pin on rear of cartridge does not line up with hole in frame! Supplier said it should fit but that is incorrect. The cartridge in the machine is a compatible- and it has no pin which makes it universal. I had to make a paper funnel, have the customer hold the old cartridge while I poured the powder from the 202nt cartridge into it. What a mess- what a loss- customer needed the cartridge right away so I couldn't send it back and had to drop the price. Does anyone know for sure if what it is supposed to take the; 202MT?

It takes the AR202NT toner. The AR202MT is an order of ten toners (a case of toners). Not sure what the issue is for you it should of worked if they sent the correct cartridge.
