Increase the void area on the lead edge of the copy/print

It would help to know the jam code, and the machine model number, but in general yes: if you're getting accordian jams in the fuser claws you may have too small a lead edge or trail edge void. On text documents typically 3mm is enough, but with heavy (photographic) fill 4.5 to 5mm lead edge void may be required. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No jam code.. just automatically paper jam on fusing unit either 1/2 or 1/4 of a4 paper being fused and then jam. Mx-2301n is the model of the machine.

Perhaps on your color drums have a flipped cleaning blade. This would allow you to make BW copies but jam on color with ppd2_drum code

    Possibility......

Gear on rear of Primary Transfer cracked. Additional load of the color transfer rollers pressed to color drums enough to cause gear to slip.

    But "no jam code"????

Yep no jam code because i told to the client that if jams occurs, dont let the machine run or rest it for a while after removing the paper, just to make sure not to reach h5-01 for error code.

Did you run a sim 23-2 to print out jam codes?

If no jam code you probably have an innerlock switch that is breaking contact for an instant

Along with lead edge void adjustment and using photo mode and using thick paper setting, you could try using thicker paper, which in turn has less curl when exposed to heat of the fuser rollers.
