It seems that the paper just dies in the fuser, and no jam code, then my question is have you don a color calibration? you may have an ID sensor issue for color. You may uncover this when you do a color calibration. Let us know
Yes, done calibration with no errors. only in full color printing and copying the jam occurs. Thats why im wondering. And last week they hit the code h5-01 hehehe just resetted it. Up to now still looking for reason why it is happening.
