full color print only making jam problem in fuser unit.

good day!

i have one mx2301n always getting paper jam when printing in full color like scanned passport or photo's, but when in black and some color with text it does not going jam.. i adjusted finger on fuser and make density lighter. still same problem checked fuser temp all good. heater roller and rest of the unit looks good.

no available same unit near that area.

hoping for your input on this one.

does it jam before it gets in the fuser? if so i would check the gear on the belt unit NGERH1668FCZ1

Are you using generic toners? As someone mentioned use thicker paper first (120 160 gsm)

Its in the middle of the fuser. Some toners already fused in the middle them jammed.

There is a mod for the rollers just above the fuser unit. Check if the gap between the rollers is not to big. Otherwise install the modification

It seems that the paper just dies in the fuser, and no jam code, then my question is have you don a color calibration? you may have an ID sensor issue for color. You may uncover this when you do a color calibration. Let us know

Yes, done calibration with no errors. only in full color printing and copying the jam occurs. Thats why im wondering. And last week they hit the code h5-01 hehehe just resetted it. Up to now still looking for reason why it is happening.
