We have an MX-B402SC that has a distorted display. It looks kind of like an old TV when everything is at an angle so it is unreadable. We replaced the entire display along with the LVDS PWB and the scanner control PWB. Not sure where to go from there. We would appreciate any and all ideas you may have. Thanks.

This model went through a change in lcd panel a few years back. The display would look like slanted colored lines but achine would boot up.
The fix was to determine IP address and flash firmware through web page.
If machine has a fax kit, corrupt fax data will garble display on this model. SIM 66-10 to dump memory.

Okay after some head scratching we changed the HDD out and that fixed the problem. Go figure.
