FIN_TIME error on MXM283 and MX4111

Has anyone had this error FIN_TIME and know what the cause is on the inner finishers? It only occurs when duplexing but I cannot find the error in manuals for machine or finisher. 1 sided runs all day long. Paper stops in the same place 1/2 way through the finisher every time. All sensors check ok. All feed systems serviced and working. Any insight would be helpful.
