Sorry I posted no conclusion. The customer out of the blue decided to get a new machine so this was no longer a issue.

go by the pickup roller will keep pushing another sheet and the end up overlapping as they try to be fed thru the machine. Make sure you replace with the new style
sensors that were shown on TB-1025 this will show where the different sensors are located, Hope this helps. Dan

I agree. Just put one sheet in each drawer and see if it jams. Then check 23-2 for jam code.
