We are using the MX410WC on these...works perfectly. You only have to swap the connector.

As for the light copies, clean the sensor in the transferunit and do SIM 44-2

Re: Sharp MX M503N fuser web question and 25-2 dev calibration question

    thank you for that.
i went back a few days ago and completed the resets on PM, drum and web. the developer had reset with the calibration.

the 64-05 ? 12A exposure adjustment calibration had a "execute" button, and i never was able to know if it actually did anything. some things had the "execute", and then a "yes or no". i tried the calibration several times, even pressing "start" and another time clear.
the machine should acknowledge that it was completed with a "completed" indication.

but when i made copies before and after in "auto", they looked the same. not bad. in "text" mode, they looked very nice and robust.

so maybe auto like on Canon, is sorta a toner save middle of the road.

customer is happy, and there wasn't any web material coming out of the fuser, so apparently as stated above, those plastic collars are no longer used.

Happy Friday and have a great weekend, Jim.
