MXM 754 admin Password

Hi is it ossible to reset the admin password on a MXM754 withouth going through Sharp.
We are currently refurbing a machine in the workshop with a changed password and the person who changed it has now left the company.

I know on some of the older models it was possible with a switch on the MFP board cant seem to find it on this .

small dip switch on the board, smaller than the update switch. dont remember which one it is, but one will boot the machine up in what looks like boot mode but will have the password reset option. other doesnt do anything.
