    We have had that problem
Try to set the SSL Level in security settings from low to high

Security settings->SSL settings->drop down box from low to high and hit submit

Tried it on MX-4110N just now, failed. SSL security set to high.
This is popping up everywhere today...please post if you figure it out!

Re: Office 365 scan to email

We have tried updating the firmware on a MX-4141N to 04.00.R2.C0 as suggested in TT-051418_1 and are still having the issue.

Any update would be appreciated as we have several customers experiencing the issue today. It seems to be intermittent as well during our testing locally.

Re: Office 365 scan to email

I have a report that this old fix for Sharps using o365 will work:

    Solution:
When scanning to Microsoft Office 365 the Reply E-mail Address should be enclosed in angle (< >) brackets.
The Replay E-mail Address can be changed using the following steps:
    1. Log in to the machine’s Web interface as the Administrator.
    2. Select System Settings
    3. Choose Image Send
    4. Then select Scan Settings
    5. Under the Scan Settings Tab enter the Reply E-Mail Address with angle brackets. Example: <anyone@anycompany.com>.

    See attached tech tip.

Thanks 109tech! a coworker also found this newly published youtube video this morning that indicates the same thing. We have tested it and it appears to be working.

I just noticed on the Sharp IDNC homepage they have a banner that says they are aware of problems scanning with Office 365 and are working on the solution and will update. Not sure if that is good news or not. Just passing it along.
