Shared Network Folder scan issue
With all of the e-mail office 365 issues going on now I tried to setup a scan to shared network folder on a MX-M 363. I am getting Network error CE-00 the interesting part is I did exactly the same to an MX-3640 and it works fine. I must be missing somthing

First thing to do is check and possibly update your firmware. It might be blocking SMB v1 and you need to make it SMB v2/v3 capable.
Next I'd check your user ID/Password for the scan folder in your address book. CE-00 on scan to email is an authentication error ...
(on SMB it's "Unknown Network Error"...REEEALLY Helpful there Sharp!!). You may have a typo.
