Gareth do you mean the unit from picture below? I found out that this unit makes a problem. What bar do you mean (metal bar with 4 gray rollers?)

    Thanks in advance.

Most Sharps have foam roller inserts on the delivery unit white rollers. Over time, the diameter shrinks from wear and severe paper curl can occur.
Newer Sharps have these removed for exit options like paper passes and punch units. If it is just an exit tray, check the foam rollers.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

Hi Yes I was wrong saying there are no foam rollers. I was thinking about unit from the picture. Apologise for that.
When I swap unit from the picture problem gone but I would like to know what exactly cause this issue.
I am still not sure what grey roller (part number would be helpful) should I replaced. From the picture I can see 4xrollers on metal bar. The unit from the picture is located above fuser.

NROLR1869FCZZ. I have had to change this roller on 465s for toner build up on fuser guide. The diameter gets smaller causing the roller to spin too fast.

Yesterday I swap this roller and it solved the issue.

Now I have part number. Thank you.
