F1-15 with (2) MX-FN17 on MX-M465n

Anyone run into this? Have installed 2 different MX-FN17 and both have now thrown F1-15. Currently have one installed in the store and are testing to see if it will throw the code.

F1-15 is the "trash can under the finisher" code.......

Have you seen it happen?

Typically machine is too close to wall, file cab, etc and tray hits obstruction when checking home.

It's not an obstruction.

Look in the error log for FNSP jams or FNMN# errors. The shafts on the paddle assembly are covered in grease, or the assist assembly is out of sync and will need replaced.
