MX 4141 ADF scans side 2 as A4 paper instead of 8 1/2 x 11

We have a MX4141 with dual scan ADF. When we scan a 2 sided to 2 sided copy the second side scans as A4 size. when it prints it prints on the 8 1/2 x 11 and cuts off part of the second page. We have checked all the settings and they seem to be the same as compared to another 4141. Our next option seems to be to swap the ADF with another one that is working fine. Any other Ideas?

SIM 50-28, spf adj is used to adress image loss on both side of scans. Also check the state or your random width sensor in the ADF.

Thank you for your help, I tried sim 50-28 but it made no difference so today I swapped the ADF with a known working unit and that fixed the problem at the machine. I have the original ADF in the shop now and will check the random width sensor.
