MX-C312 print/copy quality

Turnbull PQ examples.pdfWondering if anyone has had something like this happen. I attached examples of what is happening. My prints from simulation come out just fine, good quality....if I copy that exact print is comes out like the second page in the attachment. The same issue happens when printing from the clients computer...almost like the cyan is completely missing. All prints internally from the machine are okay. Thanks for the help!

Color PM shows it was done 7k ago....

what was actually done? Drums and DV replaced or just counters reset?

I would clean...calibrate
