APPD1_S on MX-5070

We keep getting APPD1_S on an MX-5070.

Any known issues?

Is there actually a piece of paper at APPD1? The "_S" indicates there is a piece of paper the "Still Remains" at this sensor.

If there is no paper I would add an additional wrap to the actuator of that sensor.

Turned out to be a bad sensor...problem solved
