ok so.....
life on consumables?
total on machine?
what have you done?
i always start with CLEANING the machine completely
have you recorded any errors?
I'm with Phil B on this one. What are your counts on drum, developer, transfer roller, etc.. What is the total count on the MFP, also what have you done to correct the issue? basic cleaning.... wait, don't tell me, I know, canned air! (sarcasm) That fixes everything... especially, when you blow all the crap out of the paper path on to a high voltage board. Just a guess on my part
Dear Sir thank you for your cooperation with me
In fact, I was replaced developer " MX-312NV " With a new powder " MX-312NV " I bought it before twenty months ago , Because I thought the problem was because developer . But after I've replaced it, the problem is still going on , So I'm sure the problem is not in developer , Unless there is an expiration date for the powder of developer .
Is there an expiry date for developer ?
Dear Sir thank you for your cooperation with me
1- life on consumables?
I I bought the machine in 2016
2- total on machine?
How can I know, Can you tell me the way to know please
3- what have you done?
I've cleaned the entire machine with an air blower,
and I've replaced ink " MX-312FT " , I also replaced developer " MX-312NV "
have you recorded any errors?
his message comes : Toner Replenishment in Progress
Then comes this error : call for service code :F2-64
They do have a shelf life, but I've never seen them expire. I'm not experienced enough to troubleshoot, I actually need to be in front of the machine. But I am curious to what the issue actually is so if you don't mind when you do find the solution can you post it thank you
