MX-2630 with FX-15 will not auto receive faxes

They had a MX-2600 with a FX-02 that will pick up with no issues. When you dial the number, the line rings twice then on the third ring, the tone changes and the FX-02 will pick up on the fourth ring. The FX-15 will not, the line light intermittently lights when the third ring starts but you do not hear the whole ring, just a part of it and the line light will go out but come back on when the 4th and so on rings but will not stay on or connect. I have let it try to connect up to 15 rings. I hope this makes sense. I have called Sharp and they recommend replacing the FX-15. Just want to know if anyone else have experienced this. I have changed the soft switches to what Sharp recommended but still NG.

Yeah, all settings are identical. Have to wait for the updated FX15 cable as my office sent an old style unit.

It works by problems in germany @ this model
