First photo is before the problem happened and 2nd one is the new one with the problem. Anyone have any idea on this matter?

Hi, you didn't mention what things have you've check or done! Base on your sample copy. Did you clean the main charger, glass on the laser unit by the wand. Are the developer in the developing unit are evenly distribute in the magnet roller? Maybe a moisture on the paper?

Is this printed portrait or landscape?

I would do a panic stop and check the image before its arrived at the fuser, then look at the image on the primary transfer belt, if its ok on the primary but not good on the paper I would then look at the secondary transfer belt, sometimes they can shift off the roller or the sponge charge roller inside can fall out of place.

If all is ok before the fuser, I would then check the fuser assy for a broken pressure spring.

    good luck.

1st thing i always do when i get some quality problem... Clean the machine from top to bottom( scan areas, lasers, and coronas . After cleaning and the problem still there... 2nd step is checking physically drums, developers, fuser unit. And finally going to simulations for checking lifes, status of consumables and finally calibration.

This is what i get from simulation print test... Not just top left is the problem but half of the paper. I tried changed primary transfer with our spare that is in working condition but still the same problem.

I would go with secondary transfer or ptc. as its on all colours.
