I would go with secondary transfer or ptc. as its on all colours.
    Will try that one.

I think you need to test the PTC, secondary transfer or check one by one the DV unit.

I change ptc from another machine and it lessen the problem, and when i tried that ptc from problem machine to a working machine MX3110n and its working good. Got no problem with the print and copy.

What you have described, and the samples posted, have you tried a good quality and new ream of paper?

Try another secondary transfer as you have tried all other suggestions apart from secondary transfer.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

Try to mis-feed, and check if the image on the primary transfer is OK! You said that you replace the drum unit 2 months ago...in my understanding you replace the developer a year ago, correct me if I'm wrong. Please check also the level of the developers in the DV unit. usually the new poured developer, is level on the mix rollers. Developer for CYM is only 60K and your counter is 105K.
