Pls advise what to do

The color can be seen each color alone

Did you try to run the simulation again? Drum sensor issue maybe just clean and retry. The manual is not clear on cause of this code or even what the code is.

Looks like you have several issues going on here. Black drum definitely and possibly the primary transfer belt. What's the copy count and PM percentages.

I think you need to replace all the consumables... And perform color calibration.
