MX3060 Docfeed Jamming

I have brand new MX3060, less than 1000 copies on it and its jamming double sided in the DF, I cannot see whats up with it, the sensors all check out and the paper path test runs sweet. but when the customer scans or copies bank statements or other regular documents it jams like a B****.

Anyone experienced anything like this?

The only time it happened to me there was a small sign here post-it note causing intermittent jams. I had to remove several parts to find it.
