I have just installed an MX-3071 with the dropbox connector which was easy to install and use however some of the customer's folders do not show up even though they are listed under his login. They have a main folder to scan into with sub folders for individual clients. The folders that do show up are in order by name and have A to Z showing up but many are missing and do not populate with no apparent rhyme or reason. There doesn't seem to be any information about DropBox on the Sharp site and hope there is someone out there who has worked with the Sharp connector and knows why this is. Thank you.
