Sharp AR5623 E7-10 Error won't clear

Sharp AR5623 machine is serviced, cleaned all mirrors, back of the platen glass, ccd lens and ccd sensor, E7-10 error keeps showing after turning it on, sometimes can process a copy or print but after turning it off the error comes back at restart. Faraway customer, have to go back on monday, read themanual but offer not more clues, other machines it is possible to calibrate the sensitivity not this one apparently, Any ideas welcome.

you should check the CCD flat cable ,or adjust the tilt of CCD lens by black screw. If not you have to replace the CCD pwb.
