Are the fuser pressure levers in the down position? Also in system settings go to device control and change setting of fuser temp from 16 to 23 to 23 to 28lbs.May help.

yes and even replaced entire fuser with another rebuilt one

yes device control is set to the thicker paper.

we replaced the lsu. not fixed.
put new dev in it and it works for now . yes it has a newer dv unit . part number ends in 15. there is a newer part ending in 16 but none of our other units are doing this

its definitely the fuser. not sure why its happening .. have some ideas about settings in 43-2 might increase warm up time and fuser rotation time. perhaps lower roller is not warming up fast enough

could be an issue with the build up on the web from running the fuser in 23 plus mode on plain paper. doing this is a double edged sword. i would reset the machine soft switches just to make sure temps have not been messed with. change mfp destination in sim 26 to something besides us...then restart, then put it back to us and restart again. the web kits were changed early in production to a web with more oil due to strange issues like this. make sure you use sharp webs and not aftermarkets.
