I believe you can have wired or wireless, but not both.

most brands don't offer wired/wireless networking in the same machine.. at the same time

others offer an OPTIONAL wireless card... but have heard they aren't always reliable

You can do two wired networks, but not wired and wireless simultaneously, especially with manufacturer network cards. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The newer Sharps will create their own wireless network. So for example you can hardwire to a customers network as normal. But also the Sharp will publish its own independant wireless network that can be joined and then connect to printer. This is mostly aimed at Guest cell phone printing.

This wireless network the Sharp creates does not have internet access

MX-3071 series should be able to enable wifi AND wired at the same time...there is an option to keep it on if i remember correctly.

Also, 2 wired connections is possible via USB-to-ethernet adapter. This has to be enabled in the Simulations though. (SIM 26-33)

2nd connetion only supports printing. (no gateway/smtp/...settings available)

We tested some usb-to-ethernet adapters, and only the TP-link seems to work...

Under system settings....Network Settings....Use this setting to switch between [Wired Only], [Wired+Wireless (Access Point Mode)] or [Wireless (Infrastructure Mode)]

    As I understand it .....
Wired Only.....is the traditional method, joins machine to customer network via wire, machine has one ip address
Wireless (Infrastructure Mode)....same as above but machine is joined to customer network via wireless
Wired+Wireless (Access Point Mode).....two ip addresses, machine is connected to customer netowork via wire, while at same time the Sharp will publish its own wireless network in order to enable Guest printing, this wireless is not intented to join another network. It is simply an "Access Point" to the machine to enable guest printing.
