MX-FN19 F1-15

im having troubles troubles with a sharp MX-FN19 that is on a MX654. i am getting a code F1-15 on the machine itself. wondering if anyone can help me out here. i did try sim 3-3 and and tried clearing the trouble code as well. just want to know what step i should take next on this problem. thanks for the help in advance.

F1-15, also known as the "trash can under the finisher code". This is because the exit trays on the finisher can't check home.

When you cycle power what happens???? Finisher trays lower and then come back up to check home......

Use SIM 3-2 to check the home position sensor for the exit trays.

Do the trays reach home position before the code? If so I would suspect HP sensor or finisher control board.

Is there any abnormal noise from finisher at power on? if so I would suspect problem in lift mechanism for exit trays.

i ran a few more tests and figured out if it is actually the PWB, none of the motors are working on the finisher its self when i run sim 3-3.
