Authenticate Users during Copy

Dears,

I have Sharp AR-M236 photocopier and I want to authenticate users before using the machine for copy or scan..etc.

I have covered to the print authentication using dedicated print server but the still I can see my users do not matter enough during copy and they leave some papers around the machine.

so my intent to restrict or at least know who print huge amount of papers.

I could not find any clue in its web interface, do you mean I should use its keyboard to setup the job accounting ?
