We have a customer that was getting the diagonal lines on the Mag brush with little developer in those areas.

We have replaced the Drum Unit (New), the developer unit (New) and the developer (New). recalibrated the DV. 25-02

Customer called back today and said it is doing it again I can't think what else would pull the DV out of the Unit.

Any help is appreciated

Most likely you are going to have to replace the block in the back of the machine that holds the high voltage springs for the dv and drum units. PG section 46 parts 11 and 15.

Check the charger and drum in the PCU. If they have developer on them they will short out and pull all the developer out. This usually happens due to the fact that the waste toner container is emptied, and not replaced. The foam seals get smashed down over time allowing waste toner to blow back into the PCU causing it to start shorting. My advice would be to clean, or rebuild (preferably rebuild) the PCU, restart the developer and replace the waste toner container. 99% of the time that fixes it.
