Have a customers machine in shop originally had a E7-93 Did Sim 60-01 and it says all are ok except slot# 2 and it is invalid

Code is gone now but when I try to go into settings it says please wait and stays that way.

I have replaced the HDD the SD Card & all of the memory on the MFP board updated the Firmware but Please wait is still there when I spess settings.

any help is appreciated. Note I pulled the parts from a MX 5140 but from what I can tell thy should be compatible

Just cleared the Memory 66-10 & all was well.
