Error pictures of a Z52 Sharp copier

Hello copytechnet members,


I have a broken Sharp Z52 copier on my work-bench. I need help with the repair. I am radio TV technician, unfortunately I have no repair experience with a copier. Maybe I need the service manual.
I get an inverted copy of the previous copy. Only this previous copy is inverted. Black on the original is white and what was white is black now.

When a blank sheet of white paper is copied, you get that copy.

Sven, das sieht nach einen defekten Bildtrommeleinheit aus. Das Gerät ist mindestens 15-18 Jahre alt und technisch hoffnungslos völlig veraltet. Der Hersteller hat den Support seit 10 Jahre eingestellt. Auch wenn es vielleicht links oder rechts noch so einen Bildtrommeleinheit zu kaufen gibt, (Typ ZT-20DR) wird er überlagert sein und nicht lange halten. Der Preis dürfte so um die 100,-- Euro liegen. Dafür gibt es bei Aldi irgendwann ein modernes Gerät das dann auch noch viel mehr kann.

Hallo Copytechnet Forum Mitglieder,


vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe. Die Bildtrommel war defekt. Der Besitzer dieses Kopieres hatte noch eine Bildtrommel. Habe das Gerät gereinigt und die Bildtrommeleinheit gewechelt. Ich konnte mit dieser Reparatur den Besitzer des Kopieres glücklich machen. :-)
