    MX2630 range

    Do you know if you can adjust the timing of the alert messages on these machibes. The machine sends email alerts to the customer when the toner is at 25% till 0% and seems to send an email every couple of minutes informing the customer that the toner is low. The customer says they get about 100 emails on ea h toner and it’s driving them crazy. We have temporarily switched the function off as I couldn’t see any adjustments for this??

    Look at sim 26-69.

    I think you can change the percentage at which the alerts start.

    I can't find it now but I know I read a post regarding this.

    Is the customer email address in the dealership text box? I seem to remember that someone said the frequency of emails was different depending on what text box you put the email address.

    I would be curious if you find a way as we get overwhelmed sometimes with emails from some of our machines.....

    Just DON'T put it in the dealer field...
    First two fields only send the alert once if the sim is correct.
