    Mx3110 vibrating noise

Hi everyone. I have a mx3110 colour machine that’s making a vibrating noise. The vibration is nailing an impact on the colour copies with white lines in the image.

Black and white prints are perfect.

i have change the yellow and magenta dev units. All drum units have been rebuilt with drum kits. All drum units and dev unit turn perfectly fine by hand.

i have also replaced the main drive unit but still the same.

transfer belt and blade is also replaced and turning fine by hand.

i did transfer load in sims mode and tricked the front cover to see. Mainly the yellow and magenta dev/drum units are vibrating even though it’s been replaced. Very bizarre

    any help appreciated.

It acts like a gear on the drive unit is missing a tooth

Pictures would get you better responses.

Have you tried print stop test? Does the image quality problem happen during transfer? Or image creation?

    Hows the LSU?

did you use oem drums and mk kits? check the little gear on the back of the drum unit, and make sure the little tit is not broken on them. also check the transfer belt gear and drive gear to make sure the pins in them are not broken off.
