    Question MX-M264N SD card issue

Have a 264 being used as copier and printer. No fax or scanning. No HDD. SD card is going bad. Replacing it with new one ordered from Sharp tomorrow. Been reading the various threads on this subject. Guess we've been lucky as this is the first one we've had to replace. From reading service manual power down machine, remove old card, install new one, power up and flash firmware with latest version. Is this correct procedure? Anything else i need to do? thanks in advance.

I would also do a complete backup of address book, and device cloning before replacing. This stuff is stored on the SD card if no HDD is installed.

After installing the sd card and updating firmware I would also take it out and make a copy of it with rawcopy. Then You wont have to buy the expensive one from Sharp.

Download raw copy and install it on your computer. Then plug in sd card from copier and copy using raw copy.
