    Sharp MX-M200D jamming

Hi Sharp experts, need help on this one. Have to admit I never till now touched Sharp machine. Normally I work on KonMin and Toshiba MFPs.
Doing this for a client. Machine rattles in area around fuser drive and every copy made its way to fuser and jams.
I can rotate upper fuser roller drive gear easily by hand(had no time to remove fuser though). Looks like fuser drive gear fixing pin/rib is broken or something?
Any common faults on these? BTW counter is around 150k.

    TIA,
    tsb

Most common fault is the heat roller gear failing sometimes it's just the peg inside the gear shears allowing the gear to turn but not the heat roller, part number I think is ngerh0540fcz3 or maybe z4

If you got 150k out of fuser you're lucky. Had fuser gear break many times. Exit/turnover will get brittle and break also. Keep filters clean/remove.

Indeed, it was broken heat roller gear. Old gear was brown color so fried, new gear white plastic.
I guess they changed material at some point.
    Thanks for the input guys.
