error when selecting LCC

we have a MX-LC13 connected to a MX-7500n...when we select the LCC , we get the message "check the connection between the main unit and the large capacity trays"... otherwise, the machine is normal... load test on the Lcc seems to work... any suggestions as to what is causing this?

I only see the LC18 or LC19 available for this model.

Hi there check the sensor on the rb14 also check the the machine rb14 and Le 13 are all level as if they are not the same height the sensors will not activate.
