Question SHARP AR 650 Print Quality Problems

My best client has a problem... Their Sharp AR 650 has some odd intermittent print problems. The first is a print shifting problem. The first copy from the LCF will come out great, try to print multiple copies and the print will continue to shift 2 to 3 inches to the right on each copy, by copy 6 the copier has jammed at the transport and there is no image on it. Problem does not happen when copy comes from drawers. Problem #2 every once in a while copy prints a few random areas lighter than the rest. Problem #3 a stray vertical black line will appear on the paper 1 inch in from the edge after copier has been under heavy use all day. Copier is at 300,000 copies, has no error codes. Every simulations has showed no error. The drum and blade were replaced a few months ago. Any ideas? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

On the line issue #3, check the drum blade (I believe there is a small white plastic lever that you use to release tension on the blade) have had some issues with this if it is not completely free. With issue #2 I normally start with cleaning the belt transfer unit, the rollers under the belt will accumulate toner and it can cause the random light spots. On the LCF I would change the feed rollers, anytime I have had a problem with the LCF it has always been with the rollers. Have not seen this particular problem though. We had 2 of these machines and both did over a million copies. Good luck.

This sounds like really low # of copies, but #1 could be LCF clutches. The machine that was doing this for me had 5.5M copies. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
