    To the point:

    Sharp had issues with to much grease on these, by changing just one, you will be back for the others.

    The right thing is to replace all five clutches at once, this cost about $75.00 plus a shit load of time to do it.

    Or you can buy the whole unit for $120.00 and get it done within a hours time.

    I made my decision years ago on this.

    I will assume that you have verified that the rollers are turning and your clutch is energizing the roller drive . if so you can go into simulation and change the timing of that clutch.
