    Unhappy Please Help!!! Sharp ARC265P

    This model is a Sharp branded OKI model. Not sure of exact OKI name but it looks like a C6150. The Flash was forcibly initialized and we have lost NIC F/W, Web Page data, and possibly the MAC address. The Sharp service manual says to use the Maintenance Utility to re-write the flash. Sharp says I'm SOL.
    Does anyone have this utility and firmware or know where to find it?
    The printer is working on a USB port.

    I have the Oki C6150 SM if it would help you. I searched their website and cannot find the utility you're looking for.

    i have an OKI 6100 that the power blipped while upgrading. Only authorized dealers have firmware and info to flash. However i was told i have replace the main board that the info is gone and you cannot reflash it?

    Thanks, tmaged, but I don't think the manual would help unless I can get the f/w and utility. We are an authorized Sharp dealer, but apparently they (Sharp) didn't get f/w updates or utilities with the package.
    It is working as a USB printer, but they need the network setup.
    Of course, we could upgrade them with the Frontier.
    If there are any OKI dealers that might shed some light on the problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thumbs up Update - Fixed !!!

    Found the Maint file, its "HostIF.exe" and the ".bin" file through a Google search. If you need these files, send a PM, and I'll try to get them to you.
