    Hy

Y have a problem whith one arm-155, because duplicat some images in copy.
the fuser rollers are clean, and good condition, the copier only have 25k copies. and 2 years.
Y do it a manutencion with new developer and drum, and the problem continue.
Y put the fuser temperatrure in 185º?

Should be a fuser problem. Our B/W copier guys are always changing the fuser units on those machines. Forever complaints..... aahh well. Lucky for me I dont touch them at all.
Upper Roller loses its coating, toner sticks to the roller as a faint ghosting image.

Hey!! what wazza said was true, I've encountered so much of that here in the philippines and the problem was solve by replacing the upper heat roller(fusing roller coated w/ teflon). But if you are verry sure that the upper heat roller was good, try to look at the drum cleaning blade, sometimes when it is soft enough and unable to clean the drum. so residual toner was remain on the next rotaion w/c causes a double image. I hope I gave some idea.
