First try to re-seat all the flash ROMs, If that doesn't help and you're able to get into diag, try re-flashing ROMs. If the machine has a HDD, try disconnecting, and see if you get an error code.

Sounds like a bad hard drive. Justlike ZOOTECH said disconnect the hard drive and see if the problem changes to a hard drive error. Also if this doesn't work, disconnect the peripherals one by one to see if there is any change. If there is then you identified the option causing the error. Definately reflash if possible.

I've seen bad Eeproms cause this. You just have to switch out each, one at a time until you find the corrupt one. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    HDD Is DEFINITELY the problem.

Try this fix if you cannot format the HDD from inside the machine....

Install the problem HDD into a Dragon (ARM550-700) with a non lead free MFP (no LF marking).
Power on machine - E7-03 will be displayed.
    Turn off main power switch.
    Turn on main power switch.
Machine will automatically format the HDD during this bootup.
Once format is complete, turn main power switch off.
Reinstall this HDD into your ARM351-451 machine & test.

Note... You must use a ARM550-700 with non lead free markings, otherwise the same error will occur and the HDD format will not work. EG, MFP pwb must have no 'LF' markings.

This is the fix for this problem. Works a treat!
