Today i had a ARM237 go into the over toned code after doing a PM. I stirred a 2nd time and same code came up I unpluged the toner motor, ran sky shots until my DV mix thined and i was getting readings in the 100's, plugged the motor back in and ran 25-2 again and it finished no problem. Solids were fine on the machine.

You could try this to get a decent value in sim 25-2 but i don't know what your solids are going to look like after. If they are still light i would probably look at doing fresh DV with Sharp toner.

dev reference is now 103 and work's well since then with Katun toner

but on this machine and on another 450 PDF files wich usualy have over 100 page's are printed slowly - page - pause - page ... and so on this happend's at first exemplar then it goe's full speed, can i do something about it?
the 351 has 128Mb and no HDD and the 450 has 320 MB and 20Gb HDD and PS but both do the same pause betwen pages

Please check BTR assy,not only roller. Allredy seen this before on one of my AR M450. Make a copy with DADF open,copy must be the same from front to rear or you have bad bias roller. I think that you will need new developer unit and developer. Check side dor!

You failed to mention wether or not the front door was open before entering the simulations,if it was open it will immediately start a toner add which messes with your toner to developer ratios. If the door was closed you may have a bad batch of DV or a bad TD sensor ,also note the condition of the transfer roller (gear too ) and contacts.
