update firmware arm-450

Y try to update a arm-450u and give me to errors. First when y confirme in the print , update by paralell cable gives me a error message.

Next y disconet the scanne,r and already no gives the error message, but when finish the tranfer the result was always NG??

if was intersting for someone, the problem was in the configuration on the pc of the paralel port, y must put it in "bidirecional", it was in ecp, and now upgrade good.
