ARM 350 load B4 paper

Customer walks up to machine and display reads load B4 paper.
Machine is set for inch and all the drawers are set for letter.
Cust hits ok and machine works fine.
I cleaned orig. detect sensors and cleaned glass.

If it was a print job with an odd size (not 8.5x11"), it could read B4 or extra.

Zootech is right. If it's a print job it could display any of 40+ paper sizes including B4, depending on the page settings of the document and if the driver is set for "set page size by PDF", or if the default print paper size is selected as B4 in the print preferences.

If it's a copy/scanning issue does it affect the SPF, or OC (off copyboard glass), or both?

If its OC, I'd look at the original size detection sensors in sim 41-1 or 41-3.

If it's SPF, I'd look at the SPF size detection sensors in sim 2-2 width: SWDn (n=1 thru 6), length: SLDn (n=1 or 2). In key operators programs, device control, original size detector setting, preferably set to Inch1. If set to Inch2 it will recognize 8.5 x 13 instead of 8.5 x 14. If set to AB-1 or AB-2 you'll see European paper sizes (A4, B4, A3, etc.) =^..^=
