AR-M280 Clear display message

On the AR-M280 copier , how do you get into service mode to clear the required maintenance message on the display?

P*C* 24 then select the item you wish to clear

Make sure your in copy mode when entering that key sequence and if you just replaced the drum make sure you clear the 24-11 Drum counter timer and if you did DV make sure you enter 25-2 before closing the door then run the DV calibration.
