    arm 350n, network error

Have a copier that is not connected yet and keeps displaying ce02 network error , customer is tired of having to cancel error to use copier. Is there a way of turnning this off until the customer is ready to connect. Thanks everyone.

Usually, if it's not connected, you would get a CE-00 code; you could try un-checking all the protocols in the network settings of key op programs. If it is a CE-00, go to TC 66-1, change soft switch 80 bit 8 to a 1 (if I remember correctly).

Zootech is right. That also clears CE-01 as well.
